Full automation for a building-products plant
We joined mid-build and delivered the entire automation, from conveyor and motors to controls. In operation, with video.

Automated saw lines back in operation
Many lines at an aluminium plant had no documentation or vendor support. Back in operation in under one business day.
Product development
Product development: confidential by default
Product work is confidential, so here we show how we work on product projects rather than whose product it was.
- Scope in writing, one phase at a time: you get a written proposal with scope and deliverables, and commit to one phase at a time.
- NDA on request: we sign an NDA before you share your idea when the project calls for it, and ownership of design files, code and IP is agreed in the contract before work starts.
- You approve every phase: we move to the next phase only after you approve the deliverable, and boards are ordered only after a joint design review.
- Certification guidance: we plan for FCC, UL and environmental testing from the first schematic, and manage the work with the accredited lab.
A defined deliverable at every stage: requirements and a risk list, schematics and PCB layout, working units, test reports, and a full manufacturing pack.

Machine service at food plants
Service and maintenance for machines at edible-oil, salad and soft-drink plants, including machines other companies built.

A novel optical system for image compression
We did the preliminary design of an optical system with a rotating optical disc, aimed at higher image-compression rates, for a university technology-transfer company.

Confidentiality
Why are there no client names here?
We understand the importance of our clients' proprietary work and sign NDAs when required.
When a client asks for confidentiality, we keep it on our website too: the project pages carry no names, locations, dates or business figures, and anything identifying has been removed from the photos.
On a call we can tell you more about projects similar to yours, within each client's confidentiality.
