AI agent implementation, built like production software
AI agent implementation for businesses, manufacturers and engineering firms in Israel and abroad, tailored to each client. Agents act and follow up on their own; a person approves the key steps. Start with a Discovery of one process.
Discovery is a fixed fee, credited to your first months of monthly care
Cloud or on-premise models, and frameworks such as Dify and LangGraph, chosen for what each task needs
- An email arrives with a request for a quote.
- The agent reads the attachment and checks the customer and the items in Priority.
- The agent drafts the quote.
- You approve, edit or reject the draft.
- The quote is sent to the customer and saved in Priority only after you approve it.
- Every action and decision is recorded in the action log.
- For
- Managers at businesses, manufacturers and engineering firms who want to hand one process to an agent
- You get
- An agent that runs in shadow mode first, and goes live on criteria agreed in writing
- First step
- A Discovery of one process, mapped and priced
Good candidates
Which processes are good candidates for an AI agent?
A good candidate repeats often, runs on text and data, is hard to capture in fixed rules, and has an outcome a person can check. Of those, we take on your most complex process in Discovery. Irreversible steps always wait for approval.
Quote drafts from customer drawings and specs
The agent reads the drawing and spec, extracts quantities, materials and requirements, and prepares a draft that a salesperson or engineer approves.
Answers from technical documentation
Questions from engineers, technicians or customers get answers from your documents, with a link to the source. This is retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
From service record to work-order draft
The agent reads a fault report or service record, classifies it and drafts a work order; a person approves it before it's opened in the system.
Test-log and failure triage
For engineering teams: the agent goes through failed test logs, groups similar failures and suggests where the root cause may be.
ERP queries and reports
Plain-language questions about stock, orders or production get answered from your ERP, such as Priority, through its API, with read-only access.
Request triage and follow-ups
The agent classifies requests, extracts the key details, routes them to the right person and sends follow-up reminders, with a draft reply for approval.
Example: quoting
What does a process look like when an AI agent runs it?
A machine shop gets a request for a quote with a drawing attached. Here's how it runs today, and how it runs when an agent does the groundwork and the owner approves.
Illustrative walk-through
Today
The owner, by hand, often in the evening
- Reads the request and opens the drawing
- Searches old folders for similar past jobs
- Works out material, setup and machine time
- Writes the quote and sends it when there's time
- Remembers, or doesn't, to follow up days later
With the agent
- AgentPDFReads the email and the drawing: material, dimensions, tolerances, finish, quantity
- AgentFinds similar past jobs and the prices you quoted for them
- AgentPDFEstimates material, setup and machine time from your rates; drafts the quote with reasoning
- YouYou approveYou approve, edit or reject it in one tap
- AgentEmailThe quote is sent and logged, and a follow-up reminder is set
- Who drafts the quote
- Today: The owner, from scratch
- With the agent: The agent drafts; the owner approves
- When the customer hears
- Today: When there's time, sometimes days later
- With the agent: As soon as you approve the draft
- What's kept for follow-up
- Today: Whatever the owner remembers
- With the agent: Every quote logged, follow-up set automatically
How an agent works
What is an AI agent, and how does it differ from a chatbot?
An AI agent is software that uses a language model to complete a defined task end to end: it plans steps, reaches systems and documents through permitted tools, and asks for human approval before important actions.
01
Trigger: something starts the task
An incoming email, a new ERP record or a failed test. The agent receives the task together with its context.
02
Plan: the agent decides the steps
The language model (LLM) breaks the task into steps and picks which tools to use, only from the tools it was given.
03
Tools: permitted access to systems
The agent reads from ERP, CRM or documents through defined interfaces, with the minimum permissions it needs.
04
Human approval at the key steps
Before an important action, like sending an email or updating a record, a person reviews, approves or corrects it. Routine steps and follow-ups run automatically.
05
Result, with every step logged
The action runs and every step the agent took is logged, so you can check exactly what happened and why.
Method
How does AI agent implementation work, step by step?
Each step has a deliverable and a gate. The agent gets more autonomy only when the criteria we agreed in writing are met, and the length of each step is estimated in Discovery.
01
You start here
Discovery
We map one process using 20–100 real examples, design the agent's flow and estimate the return on investment.
No agent yet
Gate: You decide whether to go ahead with setup
02
Baseline
We measure how long each task takes today, how many there are each week, the error rate and how long customers wait for an answer.
No agent yet
Gate: You approve the baseline and the targets
03
Build
We build one flow at a time, in a test setup. Anything irreversible gets an approval step, and every action the agent takes is logged.
Agent drafts in a test setup
Gate: The agent passes the test set on real examples
04
Shadow mode
The agent runs alongside your team and drafts, but nothing goes out to a customer or a system. Each draft is compared with your team's work, for a period set in the Discovery report.
Runs alongside your team, sends nothing
Gate: Written criteria, for example: at least 70% of drafts approved without edits, and zero critical errors
05
Go-live
The agent acts and follows up on its own, and you approve the key steps. Autonomy widens only while most drafts pass without edits. Your team gets documentation and training.
Agent acts; you approve key steps
What you get at the end of each step
- Discovery
- Discovery report: process map, flow design, ROI estimate and a fixed quote
- Baseline
- Baseline figures the agent is measured against
- Build
- A working agent in a test setup, with an action log
- Shadow mode
- A side-by-side comparison of agent drafts and team work
- Go-live
- Monthly report: tasks done, time saved, errors caught at approval
Project success
How do we make sure your project succeeds?
Shadow mode before go-live
The agent first works on real cases alongside your team, and nothing it produces goes out until the criteria agreed in writing are met.
A person approves every key step
Before an important action, like sending an email or updating a record, someone on your team reviews the proposal and approves or corrects it.
Every step logged
Every step, tool call and approval is logged, so you can review afterwards what happened and why.
A monthly report
Monthly care includes a report: tasks done, time saved and errors caught at approval.
Cancel monthly care any time
We keep improving the agent with you during monthly care. If you decide to stop, you can cancel any time with one month's notice, with no minimum period.
AI pilot
Start with one process. Discovery is included.
Open now · up to two companies at a time
Three months to a go-live decision, then three months of monthly care included.
You cover the setup and your own AI model usage.
Not a fit after Discovery? The pilot ends and you owe nothing
Discovery
What do you get from a Discovery?
A fixed-fee, fixed-scope first step: one process, one report you can act on, and the fee is credited toward your first months of monthly care if you continue.
After Discovery, each workflow is priced on its own: a one-time setup and a fixed monthly care fee. You pay the model usage directly to the provider.

Control and data
How do you keep data safe and stay in control?
These are the commitments every implementation is built on, before any model is chosen.
- Human in the loop
- The agent does the work and follows it up on its own, and every key step, like updating a record or sending something outside, waits for approval from someone on your team.
- Cloud or on-premise
- We can work with model providers' cloud APIs, or with on-premise models on your own servers for sites where the data is sensitive.
- Confidentiality
- We sign an NDA on request when the project calls for it.
AI agent implementation FAQ
What is an AI agent, and how is it different from n8n or Zapier automation?
An AI agent is software that uses a language model to complete a defined task end to end: it plans steps, reaches systems and documents through permitted tools, and asks for human approval before important actions. Unlike a chatbot, it doesn't just answer; it does the work and follows up on it.
Automation in n8n or Zapier runs fixed rules, and it fits when the input is structured and every case is known in advance. An agent also works with unstructured input, such as an email, a drawing or a fault report, and decides the steps itself. That makes it a fit for processes that are hard to capture in fixed rules and have an outcome a person can check.
What is a Discovery, and how is it priced?
A Discovery is the first step of every implementation: we map one process using real examples, measure the baseline, design the agent and estimate the return on investment. We deliberately take on your most complex process, to make it significantly better in handling time, effectiveness and running cost. It has a fixed fee agreed up front in a written proposal, and if you go ahead with setup, the fee is credited toward your first months of monthly care. You can cancel monthly care any time with one month's notice, with no minimum period.
How much does it cost to implement an AI agent, and who pays for model usage?
It's priced per workflow: a one-time setup plus a fixed monthly care fee. The amount depends mainly on how many systems need connecting, the state of your data and the approval flow, so the fixed price for each workflow is set in writing after the Discovery, before any build work.
You pay the model usage directly to the provider, on your own account: you see every charge, there's no mark-up from us, and the data agreement is between you and the provider. Discovery estimates the expected usage; with a local model on your own servers, the cost is hardware instead of usage.
What happens when the agent makes a mistake?
Before go-live, the agent goes through shadow mode to catch mistakes; after go-live, every important step waits for approval from someone on your team. In shadow mode it works on real cases alongside your team, but nothing it produces goes out: not to a customer and not to a system. Each draft is compared with your team's work, and the agent goes live only when the criteria agreed in writing are met.
Every step the agent takes is logged, so you can check what happened and why, and roll back to the previous version if needed. With your ERP, the agent gets a dedicated user with minimal permissions, read-only at first, and is built in a test environment before it touches live data.
Is our data sent to AI providers?
Not necessarily. For sites where the data is sensitive, we can run on-premise models on your own servers, so the data never goes to an outside provider. Where cloud APIs fit, we use them. We make the choice between cloud and on-premise together during Discovery, based on how sensitive the data is, the performance needed and the cost.
Your data, your approved cases and every report we deliver are yours. The software we build and run for you remains ours, and you use it under the licence in your agreement. You can get full access to it and its environment at any time: on request we grant access right away, after you sign a short acknowledgement of what changes there can affect.
How do you choose the framework and the language model for each task?
No single model fits every task, so each solution is tailored to the client and the choice is made during Discovery, then tested on the test set and in shadow mode. The framework, such as Dify, LangGraph or Hermes Agent, depends on how complex the process is, which systems need connecting and who will maintain the agent. For each task we pick the model with the best price-performance, for example Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen or GLM; a simple task doesn't need the largest, most expensive model. We design the agent so the model can be swapped later, if another one gives a better result at the same cost, or the same result for less.
Can an AI agent work with Priority or another ERP?
An AI agent can connect to systems such as Priority or SAP Business One through their API. We start with read-only access, and every write action goes through human approval. Feasibility for your version and modules is checked during Discovery, before any commitment to setup.
AI is a newer line for you. What experience do you bring?
AI implementations are led by an engineer whose background is software that runs in production without close supervision: CI/CD and infrastructure automation, automated HIL tests that run on every change, performance analysis for safety-critical software and production-management software. Tests, monitoring and a record of every step are what make an agent safe to run, the same discipline as in our automation projects, where a system is tested in our lab before it reaches site. That's why every implementation starts with a Discovery and goes through shadow mode before go-live.
